Age Grade Player Registration is an annual process for club players between U6 to U18. RFU Regulation requires players to be registered online each season within 45 days of the start of the season or from first joining the club.

This simple process involves a player's parent or guardian registering their child on an annual basis on the RFUs Game Management System (GMS) and being approved by the Club Registrar. The process continues to be improved every season to make it easier for parents, players, and club volunteers to take action.

The sports club have had to increase the membership fees for everyone, which had been the same for the last 10 years. So we have had to increase the yearly cost to £120 payable by a rolling £10 per month and a registration of £20 payable in September at the registration days. Total cost now £140 for the year. Membership tee shirts for players will be ordered after completion of registration. This increase has been unavoidable and kept to the minimum possible.
