For those players attending the Tournament.The First Games start at 10am but we need to have the players registered by 9.20am so aim to get there around 9am.

Each player will receive a medal, Flag and complimentary ticket to watch the Harlequins game.

Its a 10 player squad but have spoke to the club and they are ok if we take more players. We currently have 14 that have replied, so I have put them names forward to the club. If they only give us 10 free complimentary tickets for the players I suggest we split the the price of the additional tickets between all the players.

The fee to enter the tournament is £150 and the club have said they will pay this which is great.

We are trying to get an area where all the parents can sit together to watch the game and thinking of hiring a mini bus/coach depending on the amount of people interested so if you could let Jason know how many tickets and seat you require on 07503174721 or Ste on 07763692507

If parents and siblings are to stay and watch the game after the tournament tickets are £25 per Adult, £17 per concession, £7 per junior and £5 under 11 (Primary Shool Child).

If parents don't stay and watch the game the coaches don't mind looking after the players and will bring them back to the club at a time not yet arranged either on a coach or by car load.
