An away cup match at Blackburn, the lads arrived full of confidence or so we thought after recent results, unfortunately this seem to transpire more into complacency. In first half we just didn't turn up and the lads were over run by Blackburn's forwards who played very well. This resulted in a half time score of 20-0 to Blackburn.

After a chat with the players asking if they wanted to play better and respond positively to the 1st half display.

In second half Bury played much better and won the half 12-0, obviously this was not enough to win the match.
Blackburn fully deserved the win playing with much more determination and effort than the Bury lads.
